HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
YOU WILL GET AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN 'PROCESSED', ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SENT YOU WILL GET ANOTHER AUTO EMAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN 'SENT', INCLUDING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN BEING ABLE TO SHIP MOST OF OUR ORDERS SAME DAY (presale & backordered pieces excluded)! All items are shipped from Los Angeles California! IF YOU ARE IN OUR 'FREE DELIVERY' GROUP (Orders $75.00 OR GREATER ) THEN YOUR ORDER (ON OCCASION) MAY TAKE 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER BEING PROCESSED. ALL OTHER ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ACCORDING TO THE METHOD YOU SELECTED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER, GO TO 'MY ACCOUNT' AND LOG IN, THEN PLACE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE 'TRACK YOUR ORDER' BOX. IF NO TRACKING NUMBER IS AVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT US.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS.NO CANCELLATIONS. Exchange Store credit only. Items are eligible for Exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery. 
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
Customer are responsible for return shipping .
NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed. ALL ORDERS MARKED DOWN AND/OR FURTHER DISCOUNTED PURCHASED DURING BLACK FRIDAY OR CYBER MONDAY ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
YOUR ITEM DOESN'T FIT? IT JUST DOESN'T SUIT YOU? WELL IF THIS IS THE CASE, WE WILL HAPPILY PROVIDE A FREE EXCHANGE JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS TO RETURN:
1.SEND US AN EMAIL (WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM) TELLING US YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)
2.TELL US WHAT ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR. 
3.WAIT FOR OUR RESPONSE WITH THE RETURN ADDRESS.ONCE YOU HAVE OUR MESSAGE, MAIL BACK THE ITEM(S) BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION* WITH A PIECE OF PAPER TELLING US YOUR NAME & THE ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR.
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNS, WE WILL SEND OUT YOUR OTHER ITEMS FREE OF CHARGE (ONE FREE OF CHARGE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE, ANY EXCHANGES OF THAT PURCHASE AFTER THE FIRST ARE SUBJECT TO CHARGE) , AND SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

* ORIGINAL CONDITION: THE ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, FITTED WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING AND WITH NO MARKINGS OR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGE.
